Perennial herb for boggy to wet conditions. Very easy to grow. Other Names: Indian pennywort, Japanese parsley, Water dropwort

Origin: East Asia including Australia

Size: 1m high, 2m spread

Growing conditions: full sun to partial shade

Harvest: All year round. Harvest often to encourage bushy growth.

Propagation: by division or cuttings, which root easily in water.

Growing tips: Grow in very damp areas, or place pot in water.

Use: Leaves, stems and roots have a fresh carrot-like flavour and are edible raw or cooked.
